Extending Garden Shears

Summary

Easily extending garden shears with uPVC pipes so that it can reach further.

What You Need

• Short handled garden shears
• Φ32mm uPVC waste pipe. Available from DIY stores for about £2.30 per 1.8m length

Procedures

• Cut 2 lengths of uPVC pipe of aproximately 750mm long
• Insert the handles of the shears into the uPVC pipes. That's it!
• If it's too loose, wrap the handles with some old clothes.
